Eufemio Dosono Ducay (1907 - 1999) Eufemio was known to his friends as Femio and to his coworkers as (Duke). He was born in Santa Maria, Illocos Sur in the Philippines on the island of Luzon. He is the second son of eleven children born to Apolonio Ducay and Teribia Dozono. His brothers and sisters are Salome, Eusebio, Felina, Zuela, Salvador, Victoria, Esmerlda, Sencia and Jamie. He was married to Livinia E. Causin and Elizabeth Q. Miguel . Femio arrived in America in 1929 on the steam ship U.S.S. Cleveland where he became the second generation wave of Filipinos to arrive in the states! He is a 1940's war veteran in the U.S. Navy and a retired Chemist who co-authored many articles on scientific studies for the United States Department of Agriculture in Albany, California. A past President of the Filipino Community Center of Solano County back in 1981-82. He lived in Vallejo, California with his three Children, six grand children and five great grand children.
